## Key facts
- Two ways to ask: the built-in assistant at caybl.ai (50 free credits, 500 a month on Pro), or your own AI over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), where questions are unlimited and AI cost stays on your plan.
- No tokens: you connect via Google's (or Microsoft's, for Bing) standard sign-in and consent screen.
- Changes only with approval: read and write access are separate switches per connected account, and the assistant only proposes changes (e.g. negative keywords) that apply when you click.
- EU-hosted (eu-west-1); analytics data is fetched on demand, not warehoused.
- Disconnect at any time to revoke access.
