How setup compares

Both are hosted, so neither needs a developer token or a Cloud project. Markifact is approved in Claude's connector directory: you add it there, sign in, then connect your marketing platforms inside your Markifact workspace. Caybl.ai is in the directory too, and it's also one custom-connector URL (https://api.caybl.ai/mcp) for ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code.

Where they differ is scope. Markifact puts dozens of platforms behind one connector, which is the point if you run Meta, TikTok and Google side by side. Caybl.ai covers Google's marketing stack plus Bing in depth, with tools shaped around the questions marketers ask of those sources.

Both treat changes carefully. Markifact gates writes behind an approval step. Caybl.ai has a per-account switch to keep an account read-only, dry runs that Google validates before anything applies, and creates new campaigns and ads paused.

Pricing in practice: a 3-source example

Take one marketer who wants Google Analytics, Google Ads and Search Console in Claude.

On Markifact, that's the Pro plan at $79/month for one seat, with 2,500 or 5,000 credits a month. Credits are consumed per operation, so heavy weeks use more. Team is $249/month for 10 or more seats. Annual billing gives two months free.

On Caybl.ai, Google Analytics is free and Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Search Console need Pro at $29/month, with unlimited questions in Claude or ChatGPT and 500 credits a month for the built-in assistant. Bing Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager and YouTube are included in the same $29.

If you add Meta or TikTok ads, the comparison changes: Caybl.ai doesn't cover them yet, so Markifact's single subscription may be better value than combining tools.

Switching from Markifact to Caybl.ai in 5 minutes

1. Go to caybl.ai, sign in with Google and connect Google Analytics (free). On Pro, connect Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager or YouTube from the same dashboard - each is a Google or Microsoft consent screen, with no developer token, API key or Cloud project.

2. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add Caybl.ai from the directory - or add a custom connector with https://api.caybl.ai/mcp. In ChatGPT, add it as a custom MCP server where your plan allows it. In Claude Code, run: claude mcp add --transport http caybl https://api.caybl.ai/mcp

3. Ask the same question you normally ask Markifact, for the same date range, and compare the numbers. Small differences usually come from date ranges, time zones or conversion columns - ask both to state theirs.

4. If your Google Ads account should stay read-only, turn off 'Allow changes' on that account in your Caybl.ai dashboard before asking for fixes.

5. If you still run Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn ads, keep Markifact for those. Claude can use both connectors in the same chat, so a cross-channel question can draw on each.

What Caybl.ai doesn't do

Caybl.ai doesn't connect to Meta (coming soon), TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, Shopify, HubSpot or Klaviyo. It has no bulk uploaders or workflow template library, and no SEMrush, Ahrefs or DataForSEO data. If those are central to your work, Markifact covers more ground today.

When Markifact is the better choice

  • You run Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Amazon ads and want them in the same AI today.
  • You want ready-made workflow templates and bulk uploaders.
  • You want SEMrush, Ahrefs or Shopify data alongside your ad accounts.

When Caybl.ai is the better choice

  • Your stack is Google Analytics, Google Ads and Search Console - you'd pay for platforms you don't use elsewhere.
  • You want Google Analytics free, and Pro at $29 rather than $79.
  • You want unlimited questions in Claude or ChatGPT rather than credits per data call.

Try Caybl.ai alongside

Connecting Google Analytics is free and takes about two minutes, so you can compare answers on your own data before deciding. See the Google Analytics MCP server, Google Ads MCP server and Search Console MCP server pages for what each connector does, or pricing. The free Claude skills run proven audits on the same connection.
