Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

Caybl.ai ("Caybl.ai," "we," "us") provides a service that connects your Google Analytics account to an AI agent - such as Claude or ChatGPT - so you can ask questions about your analytics data in plain language. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Caybl.ai. If you use Caybl.ai on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

Caybl.ai acts as a bridge between your Google accounts and an AI agent. For Google Analytics, it connects via Google's own OAuth consent flow, exposes your data through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and lets the AI agent you connect run reports on your behalf, plus two narrow write actions described in Section 5. You can also optionally connect a Google Ads account, which adds read access to your campaigns and, only where you explicitly turn it on, the ability to make changes to that account - see Section 6. 3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Caybl.ai. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@caybl.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Caybl.ai to access or modify Google Analytics or Google Ads data or accounts you're not authorized to view or manage;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent Caybl.ai's authentication, rate limits, or usage metering;
• Use the service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its functionality;
• Interfere with the service's operation or attempt to access another tenant's data or connections;
• Use Caybl.ai for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's API Services User Data Policy, the Google Ads API Terms of Service, or any third-party AI agent's own terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Google Analytics data

You control what Caybl.ai can access. Connecting Google Analytics grants Caybl.ai Google's Analytics scope for the property you authorize. That scope lets Caybl.ai run reports, and also lets it perform two specific write actions when your AI agent asks for them: marking a GA4 event as a key event, and linking a Google Ads account to your property. Caybl.ai does not expose any way to change other property settings, audiences, or your website. Disconnecting in your dashboard immediately revokes access and deletes the stored credential. You're responsible for having the rights needed to grant Caybl.ai access to any GA property you connect, including where that property belongs to a client or employer. 6. Google Ads (optional) and write access

Connecting a Google Ads account is optional and separate from connecting Google Analytics. If you connect one, Caybl.ai requests Google's Ads API scope for the account you authorize. Read access - campaigns, ad groups, performance, search terms, and keyword ideas - works as soon as you connect. Caybl.ai can also create or change campaigns, budgets, ad groups, keywords, and ads on your behalf, but only for an account where you've explicitly turned on write access in your dashboard, and only while you're on a plan that supports it. Turning write access off for an account stops further changes to it immediately; read access keeps working.

You're responsible for reviewing any change your AI agent asks Caybl.ai to make to your Google Ads account before it takes effect, and for the consequences of that change, including ad spend. Caybl.ai applies safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unintended spend - changes can be run as a dry run first, and anything newly created that could start serving impressions is created paused unless you ask otherwise - but these are aids, not guarantees, and you remain responsible for your own campaigns and budgets. Except where a loss results from Caybl.ai failing to apply these safeguards as designed, Caybl.ai isn't liable for the financial consequences of a change made through the service, including ad spend, campaign performance, or lost revenue (see Section 11, Limitation of liability).

7. Third-party AI agents

Caybl.ai connects to the AI agent you choose to use it with (for example Claude or ChatGPT). That agent processes the data Caybl.ai returns under your own account and agreement with that provider - Caybl.ai doesn't control, and isn't responsible for, how a third-party AI agent handles data once it has been returned to it. Review that provider's own terms and privacy policy separately.

8. Fees, billing, cancellation & refunds

Current plan

Caybl.ai is currently offered free of charge. No payment method is required, and we don't charge for access to any feature at this time.

Paid plans

If we introduce paid plans, we'll present the applicable pricing and billing terms before any charge applies, and you'll need to affirmatively agree to them first. Once you're on a paid plan: subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at signup); fees are exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable; and we'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change applies to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then, and we won't bill you again after that. Canceling doesn't retroactively refund the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a service failure on our part warrants one. If you think you were charged in error, email support@caybl.ai within 30 days of the charge and we'll investigate.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it and/or suspend access to paid features until it's resolved - we'll email you before any suspension.

9. Intellectual property

Caybl.ai and its underlying software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain all rights to your own Google Analytics data - we don't claim ownership of it.

10. Disclaimers

Caybl.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data returned by Google's APIs or interpreted by a third-party AI agent will always be accurate. Analytics answers generated by an AI agent are a summary of underlying GA data, not a substitute for your own verification of anything you rely on for a business decision. Where you've enabled write access, a change made through the service reflects what your AI agent asked for - Caybl.ai applies the safeguards described in Section 6 but doesn't independently verify that an intended change was correct before applying it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caybl.ai and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You can stop using Caybl.ai and delete your account at any time by disconnecting your connections and contacting support@caybl.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. On termination, your stored credentials and usage metadata are deleted as described in our Security & data handling page.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use Caybl.ai after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, given Caybl.ai's data processing takes place in the EU (eu-west-1).
